This training course is suitable for all levels of experience and subjects covered will include

• Angela Wrottesley : TLATA – Getting Started, Elephant Traps and Pitfalls – 20 min
• Carl Fender : Why Proprietary Estoppel – 20min
• Jim Conlon : TLATA – Cases of interest in the last 12 months – 20 min

Using practical examples and referencing recent case law the course will deal with practical problems and issues.
There will be time set aside for delegate questions.
