On the 1st of May, The Legal Ombudsman will be holding a professional learning course for the legal profession in Leeds. The course will explore common complaints they see and how these could be prevented. It will also focus on first tier complaints processes and remedies.

As the statutory body that handles service complaints about the legal profession, they really want to reach as many legal professionals as possible.
