Join us on 19th November 2026, 5:30–6:00pm, for an important and thought‑provoking workshop on male suicide.

The session will include a short presentation (15–20 minutes) followed by time for open conversation. Our speaker will share his own lived experience, alongside real case studies and key statistics to help deepen understanding.

We’re hosting this event in collaboration with Andy’s Man Club, a charity offering free, confidential spaces where men can talk openly about their mental health and support one another. Their ethos, “It’s Okay To Talk,” is central to breaking stigma and encouraging connection.
