Legal Awards Entry Rules:

1. Eligibility
• Open to individuals, teams, and organisations working within the legal sector.
• You do need to be a member of the Sheffield & District Law Society to enter — please contact elizabeth@sheffieldlawsociety.co.uk to find ut if your membership is up to date.

2. Entry Format
• Entries must be submitted by email (as specified).
• Each entry should include a short summary of achievements, impact, and why the nominee deserves recognition. Supporting evidence is encouraged but not mandatory.

3. Categories
• You may enter multiple categories, but each entry must be tailored to the specific criteria of that category.
• Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both accepted.

4. Deadline
• All entries must be received by Friday 19th December 2025. Last entry closes at 5pm on this day. Late submissions may not be considered.

5. Judging

• Entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges.
• Decisions are based on merit, impact, and alignment with the values of fairness, excellence, and community contribution.

6. Confidentiality
• All entries will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for judging purposes.

7. Shortlisting & Winners
• Finalists will be notified ahead of the awards ceremony.
• Winners will be announced live at the event and celebrated across our platforms.
