The Sheffield District Incorporated Law Society would like to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Society will be held on Wednesday 23rd July 2008, starting promptly at 12.30pm.
The business of the EGM will be to approve a special resolution of the Society to adopt new articles of association of the Company. The proposed changes to the articles of association include the creation of additional categories of membership and to remove the restriction on officers who retire by rotation being allowed to put themselves up for re-election.
All members of the Society are invited to attend the EGM. If you would like to attend, please could you download and complete the booking form and return to Katherine Powell at the Law Society Hall.
