Legal secretary (full time) x 2 – Rotherham

We are looking to recruit two full time legal secretaries to join our family team in Rotherham.  One position is for our child care department and one for our matrimonial department.

The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with a one hour lunch break, 35 hours per week.

Previous experience of working in a law firm is essential as well as having secretarial experience.  Experience of working in a family law department is desirable.

The job holder will be expected to carry out all aspects of administration support to the busy fee earners in our family department.  Duties will include but are not limited to: corresponding with clients over the telephone, face to face and by email, maintaining accurate diary systems, making up new files, ensuring all files are kept up to date and responding to routine correspondence.

Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and excellent client care skills.
