The Sheffield & Distrcit Law Society is delighted to offer practitioners the oppourtunity to attend a talk but District Judge Tony Browne. The talk will be a guide to practice and presentation in the Magistrates' Courts.
Speaker: District Judge Tony Browne
District Judge Tony Browne is a graduates of the University of Sheffield (1967-70), and after a short spell with the Sheffield Parks department, was articled to a Chesterfield law firm and remained in practice in Chesterfield until his appointment as a Stipendiary Magistrate (now District Judge) in 1992 He has spent a life of crime in the Derbyshire/ South Yorkshire region, including a year in effect on secondment to the Derbyshire N.U.M. during the Miners Strike 1984-1985. |
