Annette Goss was formely the Land Registrar at Nottingham (East) Land Registy. Michael Taylor is the Senior Assistant Land Registrar at Birkenhead Land Registry. Both are Consultant Editors of the Law Society's Conveyancing Handbook and also involved in designing, developing and delivering seminars to practitioners and for Land Registy Staff.
