We are please to offer practitioners the opportunity to attend a further session to review the workings of the Civil Procedure Rules. The session will be presented once again by District Judge Davide Oldham.
A good working relationship with the courts is essential for the smooth and effective working of the system and practitioners are encouraged to use this opportunity to raise questions about areas of civil procedure which continue to give rise to concern or difficulty on which the judges may be able to offer guidance.
